Glenn Gaudet, the president and founder of GaggleAMP, explained the future of employee advocacy to Neal Schaffer when he spoke at the Social Tools Summit. Most people look at employee advocacy strictly from a social media marketing perspective, but organizations are going to start to become smarter about employee advocacy and go further. At some point they are going to realize that the army of people that want to help out the organization, when they start coming together and using one platform to make it easy, it will create a funnel of content and activities that will accelerate the actions of all the different departments all in one platform.
